These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between td666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses any service available through td666.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise using any part of td666, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or continue to use td666.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on td666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity acting on another's behalf without disclosure).
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of registration or any subsequent use of the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer or director of td666 or any of its affiliate companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on td666 that was suspended, closed for abuse, or otherwise terminated by the operator for breach of these Terms.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as a professional gambler, advantage player or agent whose primary purpose is to systematically exploit td666's bonus or promotional structures.

To open an account you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your real name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and any other information requested. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided.

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, td666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending and future bets, and void any bonus credits or winnings across those accounts.

4.2 KYC Documents. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point determined necessary by our risk and compliance team, td666 may require you to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — such as a Pakistani CNIC, Smart NIC, or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (where applicable);
• A selfie or liveness verification as directed by the verification portal;
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used (such as a screenshot of a JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet matching your registered name, or a bank statement from your HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah account — for contextual verification purposes only).

4.3 Document Security. All documents must be submitted exclusively through td666's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never share identity documents via unsecured chat, email or third-party file-sharing services. td666 will never ask you to alter, obscure or falsify any document.

4.4 Right to Withhold Withdrawals. td666 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period after request may be suspended.

By using td666 you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly and in good faith. The following conditions apply to your use of all Services at all times:

5.1 Personal Use. Your account and all Services are strictly for your personal use. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.

5.2 Account Security. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify td666 support immediately at [email protected]. td666 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the User.

5.3 Accurate Information. You must keep your account information current and accurate. Changes to your name, address, payment details or contact information must be updated promptly. Using false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

5.4 Technical Use. You may not use automated scripts, bots, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence agents or any other unauthorised software to interact with td666. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to td666's systems, servers or databases. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on td666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Where other currency options exist, they will be clearly presented at the time of the relevant transaction.

6.1 Deposits. td666 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of your deposit. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Familiar Payment References. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are for contextual familiarity only. These providers do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling through td666. Their own terms of service govern what transaction types they permit — Pakistani users should verify applicable payment-provider policies independently.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC verification as set out in Section 4;
• Fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements (see Section 7);
• Minimum withdrawal amounts as displayed in the cashier;
• Use of the same payment method as the most recent qualifying deposit, where the operator's anti-fraud policy requires this;
• No unresolved account security flags or compliance holds.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Instant payment methods may process within hours; bank transfers may take 1–5 business days. td666 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6.5 Responsibility for Payment Details. You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment account details. td666 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrectly stated payment account where the error was made by the User.

6.6 Funds Ownership. All funds deposited into your td666 account must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or using payment credentials that are not registered in your own name is prohibited.

td666 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

7.1 Opt-In and Eligibility. Bonuses may require opt-in before they are credited. Eligibility criteria — including minimum deposit amounts, applicable games and geographic restrictions — are set out in each promotion's specific terms. td666 reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, game weightings and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise:

• Bets placed with Bonus Balance count toward wagering based on the game's stated contribution percentage;
• Sports bets below the minimum qualifying odds do not count toward bonus wagering;
• Placing maximum bets while a Bonus Balance is active may be restricted;
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period.

7.3 Abuse and Fraud. td666 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them if we determine — in our reasonable judgement — that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, through the use of multiple accounts, or through any other form of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting across accounts, and coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Changes to Promotions. td666 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not be applied retrospectively to wagering already completed in good faith under the original terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on td666. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment details;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Attempting to launder funds, structure deposits to avoid reporting thresholds or otherwise use td666 for any money laundering or financial crime purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through an error must be returned;
• Using automated betting tools, bots or any external software designed to interact with the platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events listed on td666;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing other users or td666 staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from any td666 software or platform component;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after receiving the corresponding service.

All content available on td666 — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content and the overall design of the platform — is the intellectual property of td666 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use td666's services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any td666 content without prior written consent;
• Use td666's name, logos or branding in any form without authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on td666 content;
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the platform.

td666 acknowledges that game content is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers, licensed to td666 for display on the platform. Game provider brand names are the property of their respective owners.

10.1 No Warranty. td666 provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, td666's maximum aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

10.4 Force Majeure. td666 shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure arises from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances td666 will endeavour to resume normal service as soon as reasonably practicable.

10.5 Third-Party Content. td666 does not accept liability for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party products, game studios or data providers whose content is displayed on the platform under licence.

td666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as entertainment; it carries financial risk and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

11.1 Available Tools. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Users from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after a set period of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the platform without permanently closing your account;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion from all td666 Services. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly — please contact support at [email protected] if you wish to self-exclude.

11.2 Minors. td666 strictly prohibits access to anyone under the age of 18. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites. If you believe a minor has accessed td666, please contact support immediately.

td666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via platform notification or email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of td666 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Closing your account under these circumstances will not result in forfeiture of your verified Real Money Balance, which will be processed for withdrawal subject to applicable KYC requirements.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is shown at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td666's operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable to the relevant service.

In the event of any dispute between a User and td666, the User should first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be escalated to the operator's designated complaints procedure. Where the operator holds a relevant gaming licence, disputes not resolved internally may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity as prescribed by that licence.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
